Jedi Training for your Soul - Teens/Young Adults Group *Continuing group discussions every 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Well
I hope you all had an awesome holiday break, enjoyed the snow and are
ready to jump back into our discussions. Last month we talked and
practiced Muscle Testing and how to ask our body for its wisdom. Our
body is an amazing mechanism that holds the truth to a lot of answers;
whether it's "is this food good for me?" or "does this person give me
anxiety?" there are a lot of answers as we use muscle testing to
determine the subtle truths that sometimes escape us.
We also talked about Meditation and practiced by doing an earth/heaven meditation and connected to our inner voice; our intuition.
In our last get together I gave out two Jedi certificates - if you attend group at least six times in a year, you get to be the recipient of this cool Jedi Master certificate.
This year we will be finding out and talking about how we can get more in touch with that inner voice that whispers to us. Learning how to listen to that voice and tapping into that inner wisdom as well. Our body is always listening, so having kind, loving thoughts can work wonders for anxiety and depression. We will also tap into Energy Charging and working with Mandalas. Lots of cool stuff and as always if you have a topic you'd like to share or explore further please bring it to our group.
